The £50 holding deposit will be non-refundable. However, we are happy to refund the rest of your monies if Butlins cancels your break due to Covid-19 or If you or a member of your group has covid-19. If you cancel for any other reason, we will not be refunding any monies paid but will be happy to offer an alternative date. This new alternative date will need be redeemed within 12 months from your original arrival date. If your new break is higher priced, then you will have to pay the difference. Some Butlins/Golden Palm facilities/entertainment may not be in operation during the season for which we have no control or influence over and do not accept responsibility for at any time.
We have no control over their facilities having to close due to exceptional circumstances, including COVID-19. No refunds will be given.
Can we also strongly recommend that you take out your own Insurance Policy to cover you in case you contract Covid-19
Each Butlins booking includes 4 Butlins Entertainment passes. £40/£50 (adult break)Each for extra pass. For Golden Palm guests, passes can be purchase at the reception. They are £55 for a Family of 4.
We require £50/£100 (adult break) non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The final and complete balance of your holiday must get to us 8 weeks before your holiday commences. Payments can be spread in instalments. We are happy to set up a payment plan for you. We reserve the right to re-advertise the caravan, if complete payment has not been received. Receipts of all payments will be emailed to you. We also accept £75/£100 (adult break) refundable security bond. It will be fully refunded after the caravan has been vacated and checked. If caravan is left untidy, bond will not be refunded. If for any reason the date or caravan you booked becomes unavailable, we will offer another date or caravan, if this is not possible we will offer a full refund.
Should you decide to cancel 8 weeks before your holiday starts we will refund 50% of all the money received so far, within 8 weeks no refunds will be given.
Please check all booking forms are correct once you have received them as amendments after this time will be chargeable. Any alterations to booking forms once received by Butlins will be charged at £30 per alteration.
Check in time is 2pm at the earliest and keys are collected from Butlins Skegness Caravan Reception. And for Golden palm resort, a key safe code will be provided. Please use the provided hard standing parking spot with the caravan for your car. Please do not park in the grass. Can we kindly ask you to please keep outside the caravan litter free.
Please ensure to check the inventory when you take over the caravan for your stay and report missing items or defects to Cosy Caravans within 3 hours of your arrival. We will not accept responsibility if reported later than 3 hours. We are not liable for any injury, loss or damage to your property and death during your stay in our caravan.
We provide bed guard, travel cot and high chair. Please use these items at your own risk. Can we kindly ask you to keep them clean after each use.
Our caravan is family friendly, so no smoking and no pets are allowed. Butlins Skegness Caravan Village and Golden palm is family resort. Bad conduct, anti-social behaviour and damage to property will not be tolerated and the guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately. No refunds will be given in this instance.
Some Butlins facilities or entertainment may not be available during off-peak periods. We do not accept responsibility for these cases. Should your caravan become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control we will offer you a full refund.
Please keep the caravan clean and tidy or you might loose your security bond. Please report all damages to Cosy Caravans at the time they occurred or hirer will be charged.
Can we please ask you to monitor your little ones to avoid colouring the caravan walls. If you have any problems during your holiday, please contact us to sort it out for you.
Check out is latest at 10am on your last day, you must have vacated the caravan before that and it should be left in a clean and tidy condition as you found it. All items must be left in the caravan for the following guests. All losses will be charged.
