Welcome to our website! We are one of the millions of families that loves Butlin, caravans and staycations. We have 5 children that loves Butlins even our teenagers. We privately own 5 static, self catering Caravans at Butlins, We have been owners since 2015 in Butlins Skegness caravan village.

We have also have caravans on Golden palm resort and Tattershall lakes

All our caravans are double glazed and central heating. Added advantage of enclosed veranda. They are modern and very spacious. Furnished  with modern cons to make your holiday enjoyable . Our Caravans are within walking distance to Butlins Skegness main complex and well located for attractions in and around Skegness

We have a selection of 2 bedrooms that sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms that sleeps a maximum of 8 people and a 4 bedroom that sleeps a maximum of 10 people.

We include with each booking 4 Butlin’s entertainment passes, the cost of your gas and electrics are already included in the price of your holiday. passes for Golden palm and Tattershall lakes are optional.

We have highchairs, travel cots and bed guards which are available for use in all caravans free of charge.

Cosy caravan offers long weeks, mid weeks or weekends breaks. There are Summer breaks, half term, adult breaks, tots break and Family Entertainment.

Our Caravans are family friendly hence we do not allow smoking or pets. Also please no barbecue in the varandah.
